Work in Progress in full swing:
- Clearing of Roads and Drains
- Chemicals spary and maintenance of road
- Associate Member’s site Cleaning, name boards repainting and marking stones
- Equipment for shrubs clearing and waste trees felling purchased, Additional equipments like sprayers and augers being purchased for clearing work
- Events for members and their familes to improve visibility of Layout
- Office renovation with all facilities for meetings, seating, water and utilities
- Providing facilities like layout map, information booklet, mats, Cycles, play items, plates, cutlery, bottles for water if they plan to spend some time at layout.
Administration
All the Board Members are highly enthusiastic and doing wonderful work in improving the layout purely on honorary basis without any personal gains
Till Date all the expenses incurred are done in the most economical way saving lakhs of rupees
- Direct hiring of Labourers instead of contractor
- Buying of equipment instead of hiring on daily basis
- Sharing of Accountant services
- Using the existing security and maintenance staff of Mr. MR family
- Establishing day to day operations through MyGate app
- For safety reasons only brokers authorised by associate members permitted. No other brokers allowed
- Efforts are being made to bring all the 700+ owner into the association
- Support to members with respect to providing layout common documents and official papers
Activities that will be taken up in near future
- Erection of Sign board entrance of Mysore road and at the entrance of our layout
- Developing of Picnic spots for our members to spend their day at layout
- Planting of flowering trees for entire layout after identifying proper spots
- Fruit bearing trees in common areas which our members can take benefit.
- Development of 60 feet roads by putting ornamental plants/trees on the dividers, solar lighting of street lights and other flowering plants
- Develop one park with lawn, children play area, with place for pantry, wash area and utilities
- Marketing and Brand building Initiative like advertisement boards for events, selling/ auction of members plots.
- Taking up lagal issues with relevant government agencies to fight out the legal issues concerning to survey number 20/1
Activities taken up for future
- Renaming of Layout for better recognition and identification.
- Forming of cooperative society to further support our association members
- Support to members desiring to build homes
- Strengthening of entire boundary walls and installing of security cameras.
- Starting of clubhouse in the layout for the benefit of members
- Organising of festival, corporate events and cultural events periodically in the layout.
- Exploring possibilities of establishing concept of homestay and retiring rooms.
- Making attempt to bring revenue office and other government offices.to out layout Civic Amenities.
