Minutes of Meeting :-
- Welcome address by President Mr.Praksh Rai
- Members agreed for G.B meeting held on 8th Jan 2022 at 10:30am at ABM infocity Owners Welfare Association
- Meeting notice to reach all members 15 days prior to meeting date
- Board member authorized the signatories for handling bank account and transactions. Signatories will be Treasurer, Secretary and President.
- Board members signed the resolution for bank authorization.
- Discussion had for following points:
- Boards to be put the entrance, Mysore Road entrance
- Site map and board information that association is formed
- Water and lighting arrangements for first occupants of layout.
- Board members agreed for Rs.3/- Sqft initial maintenance payment for cleaning and site name boards.
- Members who want to sell/contract need to take approved of association.
- Boards members decided to have Rs.200/- per head towards AGM charges towards lunch/High tea. (This will also cover Shamiyana/ AV system and other arrangement will be collected at the entrance)
- Boards of directors approved ratification of initial expenses informing the association.
