Annual General Body Meeting (AGM): REPORT
The AGM is scheduled for Saturday, 24th May 2025, as per the details below:
Dear Members of ABM society,
President, Secretary & All the Members of ABM society Conducted Annual General Body Meeting on 24th May 2025 at Layout Venue from 9.30AM morning to 2.30pm afternoon with Breakfast & Lunch.
AGM Started with an invocation by Mrs Prema Kiran along with lighting the lamp by Dignitaries from the Stage.
Jt Secretary Mr Naveen Welcomed the Members. Mr Srikanth sir read out Audit Report in detail & it was approved by All the Members.
President Prakash sir Explained the Development of Layout in the last one year & further Spoke about forthcoming Projects like Putting 2 New Big Boards in front of Security Gate costing around 1.5 Lakhs, fixing CCtv, Street lights, forming a beautiful Park at the Entrance, planting fruit bearing Trees, TC reconditioning, repairing of Electricity lines, hiring of Security & water lines laying etc..& All these projects were overwhelmingly approved by Members. Pushparaj sir is a Great Support for all Activities.
Mr Dinesh sir, Mr Karthik, Mr Mansoor Explained about future Developments & Dues to be paid by Members. Around 40 Lakhs is Pending. Requested All the Members to Pay Dues through My Gate App, Mr Karthik & Mr Mansoor Clarified the Doubts regarding My Gate Payments.
Members Called the Layout with nice adjectives like Resort, Garden & temple etc... Thanks to President Mr Prakash Rai for his Contributions along with other Members.
Members Expressed to build Apts with 3-4 adjoining sites, to build Sports Complex, to build warehouse etc.. Even though members were less in number around 60+ but their Response was overwhelming.
Mr Mahesh Mr Nirmal Mr Sathish & team organised wonderful tasty Breakfast & Sumptuous Lunch.
Members appreciated the Hard work of Nandish and Mahadev with a big round of Applause.
Myself Secretary Anchored the Event & Entertained All Members with Some Songs during Lunch. t was a Well Excecuted AGM from ABM.
