- Members Approval for association formation
- Formation/Nomination of Association office bearers
- Discussion and finalization of Maintenance charges per Sq ft
- Proposal for Association membership Fee of Rs 1000/- per member.
- Discussion on Main gate Entry/Exit & Layout Management.

- Layout Manager appointment.
- Association Office at the entrance.
- Naming of Association
- Sign board for the Layout at the entrance and few other places around the layout
- Layout immediate maintenance plan to be discussed and finalized.
Members coming for the meeting please have the following.
- 2 Passport size photos
- Site ownership proof – Khata / Tax paid receipt / Sale agreement
- Rs 250/person to cover the Meeting expenses including lunch/tea/snacks.
Zoom meeting – We have network challenge but will try to arrange if possible and the details will be shared. If we arrange it will be only in the audio listening mode only to avoid any chaos during the meeting. So, request everyone to have either you or authorized representative attend the meeting.
