Kudos to the EC team 👏 for the fantastic task being done. Although it is work in progress, it was a pleasant surprise to see the changes as compared to the previous visit. Spending is being done judiciously and they have a plan on next actions.

Yes, The meeting was absolutely fantastic. We got the intro of all the members and the EC members. Not only personal time but a lot of thought is being put by our leaders to improve the layout. Lot of thought in spending money in the most cost effective way as well.
We are very fortunate to have Prakash Rai sir to lead the team and all the passionate EC members who work tirelessly along with him. 🙏🙏

I attended meeting in person.
1. First of all we are lucky to have executive members who are really driving things passionately by spending their personal time.
2. Spending money efficiently and effectively
3. They have good future plan to improve layout in step wise manner
4. We have good number of members compared to last year and we all need to encourage people to become member whomever we know.
All and all it was good meeting and hopeful to see more members in person for next AGMI attended meeting in person.

While there are individual inputs such as tax-paid, EC, photos at the site, PAN/id proofs, etc…I request the association to make available the set of common documents (layout approval, site release, AC and/or DC conversion approvals, and anything else the Bidadi municipal needs) to file the khata application. This will avoid the confusion each individual may have and helps everyone.
The common set can be made available on the portal with controlled access for download.
