Meeting (AGM) 2026 of our Association, scheduled on Sunday, 31st May 2026 at 11:00 AM at our
Bidadi Layout Office, followed by Lunch & High Tea.
Agenda
- Lighting of the Lamp
- Welcome Address by the President & Secretary
- Presentation of the Audit Report for the year
- Discussion and Approval of the Report
- Update on Development Works, including water line and drainage works
- Clubhouse Construction Proposal – Site Selection and Fee Discussion
- Address by the Nominated Committee
- Induction of a New Executive Committee Member
- Discussion on recent queries raised by Associate Members Dr. S.K. Thimmaiah (Site No. 030) and Mr. Sudindranath (Site No. 499) regarding the rules and regulations implemented by the current committee and the proposal to hand over association activities to Purasabha, Bidadi, under their leadership
The above process will be conducted through voice voting or hand-raise voting in the presence of the proposing members.
- Ientification of a legal advisor from among the associate members willing to voluntarily support the Association in handling legal matters and challenges
