At this stage, the proposal is still in the exploratory and feasibility assessment phase. Therefore, no final budget has been determined yet. The budget will depend on factors such as land availability, purchase versus lease options, legal requirements, development costs, and the level of member participation and support.
Regarding amenities, no decisions have been finalized. The committee, once formed, will gather suggestions from members and evaluate feasible options. Potential amenities may include a clubhouse, recreational facilities, community gathering spaces, holiday home plots, weekend getaway facilities, and other value-added features that benefit members.
As for membership, the structure is yet to be defined. The committee will prepare the bylaws and membership framework for member review and approval. Options such as lifetime membership, term-based membership, transferable memberships, and associated benefits will be evaluated before any final decision is made.
