Site no 121
I would like to suggest select a suitable place inside the main entrance gate to construct a TEMPLE of lord GANESH and leave some space adjacent to it so that we can conduct annual general meetings etc. OR an alternative in centre of the layout which will be convenient to all residents .

Site owners – Arun and Tilak
Measuring 30 x 40
Number – 491 and 492
located towards tank side.
I wanted to know when we got both the sites registered, the sites were unreleased and were denied of loan from all banks and to our knowledge when we did our homework on release and unreleased subject once the sites are in release status from BMRDA the layout should have been developed to the best capacity. My query is now do all the sites in ABM Infocity are released? and what would be next procedure to get E-katha.
Thanks,

Tilak.R

Response from Admin

Dear Mr Thilak,
Greetings from ABM infocity Owners Welfare Association!!
Yes last 1 Year back all the sites on ABM infocity has released. You can approach Bidadi Municipality office and pay the betterment Charges along with all your tax dues.
Regarding E -Khata once you have done above you need to go to Ramanagar sub reg. office apply for EC and then you can submit all the documents to Bidadi Municipality office they will issue.
Hope i have addressed your Query on best of my information.

My Suggestions

It is really a herculean task and strenuous job in farming a big organization like ABM INFOCITY OWNERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION, searching and bringing all the owners together and leading the same successfully to the satisfaction of all members. You have achieved the same and I sincerely on my behalf, and on behalf of all owners of the Layout, thank the President and all Board Members for their marvellous job and hope it will reach the goal with great success under their leadership and vast experience they have in this field.
In this connection I would like to bring to the notice of the authorities that during my last visit about six months back I observed the following :
1) Except a few roads at the entrance of the layout rest of the roads have completely damaged and are in very bad condition.
2) Shrubs and trees have grown up erratically on both sides of the roads and in the sites.
3) Tracing of the site is very difficult as the numbers marked have completely erased.
UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING
1) ;Removing of shrubs and trees which are hurdle for movement and ensure they do not grow again;
2) Durable cementing or asphalting roads to last longer;
3) Fixing boards with Name of the Owner, Site Number and measurement for each site;
4) Main Road and Cross Road Boards with site numbers of both sides;
5) Overhead Water Tank/s to cover required quantity of water of each site in the layout and drawing water line to every site, if not provided by the Developer earlier;
6) Street lights at appropriate places/junctions to avoid any untoward incidents;
7) Wherever space is already marked by the Developers for parks and gardens to develop the same;
8) Cleaning of Sewerage and drainage lines for easy flow of waste and rain water;
9) Cleaning and levelling of sites to look even and give a beautiful out look;
10) Tax Collection Centre, if possible
11) To meet expenditure for all the above,, Appointment of Security, Up-keeping of the layout from time to time and any other incidental expenditure as and when required, fix up Annual Maintainance Fee for each site per square meterwise or size of the site like 30 X 40, 40 X 60 feet etc to be paid on or before a particular date.
The President and Board Members can take any other steps to improve and make a beautiful and a befitting layout in the area.
WITH BEST WISHES TO THE INAUGURAL FUNCTION.
