Official Notice – Mandatory Gate Pass and Completion of Association Formalities
It has been observed that several plot owners/members are visiting the layout and claiming ignorance about the Association, while inspecting their respective plots without taking any steps to complete the mandatory Association formalities. This continued non-compliance is causing significant financial and administrative loss to the Association.
Despite multiple attempts to contact such members via phone, there has been no response or cooperation from their end.
Therefore, with immediate effect, strict instructions are issued as follows:
- Entry shall be allowed only upon generation of a valid gate pass through the MyGate application.
- Security personnel are hereby instructed not to permit entry under any circumstances without a valid gate pass.
- This measure is being enforced to ensure compliance with Association rules and to protect the interests of the Association.
This may be treated as a matter of priority and strict compliance.
